ST-HRM Horizontal Fabric Rolling Machine is used to handle a wide range of rolled fabrics, which is especially designed for garment factory & fabric distributor. This machine can be used for fabric inspection, measuring, rolling and corss cutting purpose.
It suitable for the fabric width is 1000-3000mm, from fabric roll to fabric roll.
The main work flow is: the cloth roll is passively unrolled at the unwinding place, and then passes through an inspection
table, which can be used to check fabric defects, and then passes through a nylon wheel to measure the length of the
fabric, and then completes the winding at the winding place. The fabric can be cut to the pre-set length.
Except the horizontal type rolling machine, SUNTECH also supply the vertical type rolling machine.
It suitable for the plated fabric to the fabric roll.
Because of the mainly function of the rolling machine is measuring the fabric length & rewinding the roll, so the most important parts of the machine is digital counter meter.
SUNTECH rolling machine adapt the digital counter meter, which support counting in meter&yards. It also have pre-set function, e.g. pre-set 100m on the counter meter. When arrives 100m, the machine will stop automatically.
