When multiple cloth inspection machines and packaging machines are connected, the customer will choose the intelligent partition system.
For some customers, the fabrics inspected by the different fabric inspection machine may be different, or the fabrics are produced for different customers. Therefore, customer always hope that after the fabric rolls are packaged, these fabric rolls from different inspection machines can be directly stored in different fabric trolley which can save the large effort of reclassification.
A packaging machine can be connected with up to 10 cloth inspection machines, so this partitioning method can meet the needs of most customers.
II. Smart partition based on fabric grade
This is a newly developed partitioning method according to the needs of customers. When inspecting the fabric, we can record the defects of the fabric by adding a four-point system. The operator will judge whether the roll is grade A or grade B based on the number and severity of defects. If our packaging line can be sorted according to the grade of fabric rolls, it will save workers the work of sorting again.
Therefore, after the research and development of technicians, we have launched this new intelligent partitioning system. For example, on the fabric inspection machine we will add a button. When the operator thinks the fabric roll is grade A, no operation is required, and the fabric roll will be transported to the exit 1after packaging. When the operator thinks the cloth roll is grade B, they needs to press the button on the fabric inspection machine, Then the fabric roll will be automatically transported to exit 2 after packaging.
