What Is the Process of a Jacquard Machine?

Pattern plate eyelets allow the head end of the horizontal needle to extend into the eyelet of the pattern plate and the floral tube, allowing the hook end of the straight needle to remain hanging on the knife. Healed thread is raised by a straight needle as the lifting knife rises, and the initial thread and through wire are lowered.
During this process, the warp thread that enters the heddle eye climbs to the top of the shed. At night, when the shed door is closed, it uses its weight to mimic the function of the heald hammer. There are no holes in the corrugated board when the horizontal needle returns through the protruding head and pushes the matching straight needle, causing the lifter to unhook the hook end of a straight needle, resulting in a sinking of a heald and warp wire attached to a straight needle. After that, the shed's foundation is built.
As a result, the movement of each warp wire is regulated by whether or not the pattern plate has holes or voids, and holes on the pattern plate are rolled according to design requirements of the pattern and structure, so warp wire movement conforms to the pattern and structure.
