Measures to improve the efficiency of the loom

1. Improve the quality of yarn

Strictly control the difference of sizing rate between upper and lower plies: test the sizing rate of upper and lower plies regularly to ensure that the difference of sizing rate between upper and lower plies is not higher than 0.8% and the difference of sizing rate between left and middle plies is not higher than 05%, so that the warp strength is guaranteed and the yarn is not hairy and the opening is clear.

3. Reasonable weaving process

(1) Reduce the upper machine tension

(3) Reasonable selection of air pressure of main and auxiliary nozzles

The pressure of the main and auxiliary nozzles should be set between 7.3 tex and 21.9 tex yarn.

The main nozzle pressure is 0.28-0.30 MPa and the auxiliary nozzle pressure is 0.35-0.38 MPa, so that the weft yarn can pass through the bobbin smoothly.

(4) Adjustment of heald frame height and position
