According to the above reasons, our main measures are to improve the yarn ya force, reduce the hairiness and improve the quality of the cattle finished products.

1. Improve yarn quality. According to the above analysis, improving the yarn quality is mainly to improve the strength of the yarn and reduce the hairiness of the yarn. The following measures have been taken in the spinning process:

(1) Improve the level of cotton blending, control the short staple rate of cotton blending, control the noil rate in the combing process at about 18%, and ensure that the combed sliver short staple rate is no more than 6%, In order to lay a good foundation for reducing yarn hairiness.

(2) Appropriately increase the twist of the spun yarn to improve the yarn strength, and at the same time use a collector in the spinning process to effectively reduce the yarn hairiness.

The single yarn strength should be controlled above 21 cN/tex, the single strength unevenness should be controlled at 8%~9%, and the elongation at break should be more than 5.5%.

2. Improve the quality of the preparation process. There are two steps as follows:

(1) Winding

The winding speed is proportional to the hairiness of the yarn, the higher the speed, the more hairiness. Therefore, in order to reduce the hairiness of the weft yarn, in the case of ensuring the normal production, the speed of the winder should be low.

The tension of the winding yarn is consistent to ensure that the tension difference between the yarns is small.

The wound bobbins are merged on the winding machine instead of the yarn doubling machine, which improves the uniformity of the tension of the three weft yarns, appropriately increases the winding tension, ensures that the bobbin is well formed, and reduces the phenomenon of loop-off during weft insertion. When doubling the yarn, the yarn channel is smooth and there is no burr.

Before winding, it is necessary to check the sensitivity of the electric cleaner and strictly control the yarn defects.

(2) Sizing

Increase the sizing rate, the sizing rate should not be lower than 18%, and increase the ratio of PVA to ensure the strength of the sizing film.

Strictly control the difference in the sizing rate of the upper and lower yarns: Regularly test the sizing rate of the upper and lower yarns to ensure that the difference between the upper and lower yarns is not more than 0.8%, and the difference between the left, middle and right sizing is not more than 05%, so that the warp strength is guaranteed, the yarn is not hairy, and the opening is clear.

Regularly test the hardness of the grouting mix, the hardness should not be higher than 75 degrees.

We should improve slurry formulation.

3.Reasonable weaving process. There are four points should be taked care:

(1) Reduce the tension on the machine

(2) Adjust the opening and weft insertion time

(3) Reasonable selection of the air pressure of the main and auxiliary nozzles

(4) Adjust the height and position of the heald frame.
