Here are the features that ST-DFLM have：
1. Cloth guider. It's very important to center the fabric before cutting it to help with the next step in the process. Only after it is perfectly centered, the deviation correction device can sense the fabric to align the edges, and finally achieve precise cutting. Therefore, our cloth guider can make sure the fabric in the center of machine.
2. Doubing, measuring, lapping. SUNTECH's double folding machine can not only fold the plaited fabric into a fabric board, but also have the function of automatic measurement during this process, which can accurately measure the length of the fabric that needs to be folded in half.
3. Digital counter meter &wheel-type encoder. There is a digital counter meter & wheel encoder on the double-folding lapping machine. These two instruments have preset functions, such as preset 100m on the counter meter, when the machine reaches 100m, the machine will automatically stop. The preset function can largely prevent the machine from being ineffective or working all the time, and when the operator wants to fold a certain length of fabric, the machine can stop in time to avoid too much folded fabric.
4. Folded fabric rolling on the sword plate. The fabric roll is a sword board design, so our fabric is fed and reeled on the sword board, which is easy to unload the fabric bolt. The suitable board width is 150mm, and this can be customized.
5. Edge-alignment raster. At fabric entry, there would be one pair of cloth guider to make fabric in middle of machine. During folding the fabric, there would be a pair of edge-alignment raster which will detect these two edges of folded fabrics, when these two edges is not in aligned position, the edge-alignment raster will move left or right to align these two edges. The edge-alignment error is less than 6mm.
6. In addition to the above-mentioned features, our double folding lapping machine has special systems for thin and sensitive fabrics for proper folding. And it has automatic alignment of selvedge on the doubling triangle with very sensitive and precise photo-electric guide.
For the double folding lapping machine, in addition to folding, measuring and lapping, the edge of the fabric is also very important. It will be very unsightly and not good for storage. So how to make sure the edge-alignment well before running the machine is a crucial step.
About the edge-alignment, the cloth guider at the inlet position will make the fabric in the center of the machine. Once it runs deviation, the cloth guider will correct it immediately. And then we should adjust the triangle frames as per the actual situation. After that, we should adjust the edge-alignment photo sensor along with the fabric limited bar, make sure the photo sensor could detect the fabric edges. When feeding the fabric manually, we should make sure the two edges of fabric has been double folded very well.
