With the development of the textile machinery, there are more and more weaving machines improving the production capacity of fabrics. Along came a variety of tolls to assist the weaving machine, such as hydraulic or motorized beam trolley, hydraulic or motorized cloth roll doffing.
In different stage, we will choose different carts for weaving work.
1. In the warping area, we need to use the empty warp beam transport trolley and the full warp beam transport trolley, because we need to use the empty warp beam transport to transport the empty beam to the warping machine, and then The full warp beams with wrapped yarns will be transported to the sizing area with the full warp beam transport trolley.
2. In the sizing area, we still need to use the empty warp beam transport trolley and full warp beam transport trolley. When we need to wind the yarn from the warp beam to the sizing beam (weaving beam) after sizing, we need to use the empty beam trolley to transport the empty warp beam to warping area and use full beam trolley to transport the full weaving beam to the weaving area for weaving work.
3. In the weaving area, in addition to empty and full beam transport trolley, we also need warp beam lift trolley and cloth roll doffing. We need to use the beam lift trolley to unload the empty beam from the weaving machine and load the weaving beam on the loom for fabric production. Then use the empty beam transport trolley to transport the empty beam to the sizing area for sizing work again. Besides, we need to use the cloth roll doffing to transport the cloth roll to the dying&finishing area.
4. In the dying&finishing area, we may need use the A-frame tractor. Because sometimes in order to improve the efficiency of dying&finishing, we will rewind the small roll to a big roll or A-frame. Then we need to use the A-frame tractor to transport the cloth roll to the dying&finishing area.
