MOTORIZED FABRIC CUTTING MACHINE
The motorized fabric cutting machine is commonly known as efficient cutting. The working mechanism of straight knife cutting machine includes fabric cutting mechanism, automatic knife sharpening mechanism, presser foot mechanism and centrifugal starting mechanism. The cloth cutting mechanism uses a crank slider mechanism drive, as shown in Figure 3-17. The crank wheel 4 in the figure is mounted on the motor shaft 5, through the connecting rod 3, so that the straight knife mounted on the slider (knife seat) 1 in the knife sheath 2 to do linear reciprocal cutting movement. The blade can be changed by changing the number of steps contact point to obtain two cutting speed.
ROUND KNIFE CUTTING MACHINE
Round knife cutting machine adopts the principle of rolling shear, using the uniform rotation of the disc sheet knife to cut the fabric. Because the circular knife only does one-way rotating movement, so the fabric will not be lifted when cutting, and the cutting work is smooth and high cutting efficiency.
Round knife cutting machine, mainly by the round blade 4, motor 1, handle 2, chassis 3 and other components. The motor and chassis are connected together through a bracket, and the rotary shaft of the circular blade is supported on the circular center of the bracket. The motor is driven by a pair of bevel gears, making the circular blade rotate at high speed. Work hand grip 2, push the electric shear in the cutting table to move to cut cloth.
The cutting efficiency of the circular knife cutting machine depends on the speed of the motor and the diameter of the circular blade.
AUTOMATIC CLOTH CUTTING MACHINE
