The operator put the fabric roll on inlet conveyor, fabric roll will be transported to main packing machine to finish the main width sealing and side sealing, and heat chamber will complete vacuum packing, after packing, the turning conveyor will push the fabric roll to storage table.

HOW TO CHOOSE A SUITABLE FABRIC INSPECTION MACHINE FOR EACH CUSTOMER?

Some fabric inspection machine manufacturers can provide standard inspection machine only, but we can make customized design to meet customer request.
For knitted fabrics, the main customer request is control the fabric tensions, and open the curled fabric edges totally. Usually at the entry of the knitted fabric inspection machine, there has a dancing roller, which will sure the speed of fabric feeding or unwinding, checking, rewinding are synchronized.
The dancing roller will move up and down to control the fabric tension. Suppose the speed of feeding or unwinding and re-winding are not synchronous, the potentiometer installed on one side of dancing roller will send signal to the inverters on the feeding position and rewinding position and inverters will adjust the speed to the same. After inspection table, there has a frequency controller to adjust the speed of the Inspection position and rewinding position. There is one panel to show the tension and button to adjust the tension. So operator could adjust the tension quantity by the button.
For PVC coated fabrics, as PVC fabrics are made from a fabric layer covered with a plastic layer, they should not be over-stretched to avoid damage to the plastic layer. Excessive stretching can cause the plastic layer to lose its smooth texture and stay striated, lose some of its original shine, and possibly tear.
We have special design for PVC coated fabrics, for protecting the coated layer, the inspection machine equipped with one aluminum scroll roller, which is more light than ordinary scroll roller. And the edge alignment station at the entry, make sure the fabric edges be aligned well after rewinding. For customer to choose, cold slitting cutter for fabric edges or center slitting are available.
